Recall Lawsuit Update
The eleven Judges of the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, reversed their colleagues' September 15th decision to postpone the October 7th recall election. Douglas Kmiec, Caruso Family chair in Constitutional Law at Pepperdine University School of Law, and Erwin Chermerinsky, Professor of Public Interest Law, Legal Ethics, and Political Science at USC Law School, join host Larry Mantle to discuss the legalities of what happened on the US Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Larry also speaks with Arnold Steinberg, political consultant, and strategist, Lisa Garcia Bedolla, Assistant Professor of Political Science at U.C. Irvine and Dan Weintraub, California columnist for the editorial pages of the Sacramento Bee.
