Host Larry Mantle discusses the pros and cons of Proposition 52 with Dan Tokaji, Chair of Common Cause, and spokesperson for the “Yes on Proposition 52” campaign, and Dave Gilliard, Director of the “No on Proposition 52” campaign. Prop 52 would allow legally eligible citizens to register to vote up to and including election day. Penalties would increase for fraudulent registration or voting activity, and a new crime to commit election fraud would be created.
