The Los Angeles Times is reporting that at least 200 public employees have colluded with Mexican smugglers to help them move drugs and illegal immigrants across the southern border. Criminal bribery charges have doubled in recent years, according to the Times, and thousands are currently under investigation. Larry Mantle talks about the story.
