LAX Expansion Project Nears Vote

Getty Museum Director Resigns
Getty Museum Director Deborah Gribbon has resigned, citing differences with Getty Trust Director Barry Munitz. Larry Mantle talks with the new acting director, Bill Griswold, about what direction he plans to take the Museum.
Jury Service
Last year more than 1.1 million Los Angeles County residents did not respond to their jury summonses. Larry looks at the steps the Los Angeles Superior Courts are taking to reform and enforce jury service. LAPD Investigations of the Use of Deadly Force
Larry Mantle talks to LA Times reporters Matt Lait and Scott Glover about their series on the LAPD’s use and investigation of deadly force incidents. The articles examine the Police Commission’s role as watchdog and how the police investigate officer-involved shootings. Lait and Glover also take a look at the effect these shootings have on the lives of the LAPD officers who are involved in them.
The New Film "Primer"
Larry Mantle talks Shane Carruth writer, director, and star of the film "Primer," which opens this Friday in theaters. The high-tech thriller took the Grand Jury Prize at this year's Sundance Film Festival.
