L.A .will soon be home to nearly 900 digital billboards, nearly doubling the amount nationwide. In a special report on KCET's "SoCal Connected," reporters look at the environmental impact of these proposed signs on a city striving to be one of the greenest in America. Larry talks with Vince Gonzalez, Investigative reporter at "SoCal Connected" and one of the reporters working on the billboard story. Vince's investigative report airs tonight at 8 pm on KCET. Allegations Of Voter Fraud And Purging Voter Rolls

The presidential campaigns of both parties are accusing each other of inappropriate behavior related to prospective voters. Republicans claim that the community organizing group ACORN is using fraudulent practices to register Democrats while the Democrats are accusing Republicans of purging eligible Democrats from voter rolls in certain states. Larry takes a look at these charges with election law expert Rick Hasen, and John Eastman, Dean of the Chapman University School of Law.
