Keep Los Angeles Traffic Moving
In an effort to ease traffic congestion, Mayor Villaraigosa, Governor Schwarzenegger and Speaker Nunez announced a plan today to synchronize every traffic light in Los Angeles. There are also plans to increase the number of left turn signals, and a proposal to turn Olympic and Pico boulevards into one-way streets.
