California's energy crisis is not yet resolved even though we currently have enough electricity to avoid rolling blackouts. Larry Mantle gets an update on the present state of affairs between the utilities, the regulators, the ratepayers and the legislature. Guests include KPCC Reporter Rachael Myrow, Cal State Fullerton economics professor Robert Michaels, and Chair of the California Public Utilities Commission Loretta Lynch.
