Unfortunately, we are too often ill equipped to prevent a crisis and ill prepared to know how to react once a crisis occurs. Ian Mitroff, the guru of crisis management, joins Larry to talk about how crisis management must start with mechanisms in place long before crises happen and how only continuous proactive measures can prevent a crisis or limit its impact.
