Governor Schwarzenegger Signs, Vetoes Hundreds of Bills
Governor Schwarzenegger had until midnight Tuesday to sign or veto hundreds of bills. The Governor said he didn't have time to properly review all the bills on his desk because of the record budget impasse that ended last week. Clean Trucks Program Begins at Southland Ports
A ban on old, dirty diesel trucks takes effect today at the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach as the Clean Truck Program gets underway. Supporters say this will significantly cut pollution. Larry checks in with KPCC's environmental reporter Molly Peterson.
