Proposition 83, also known as Jessica's Law, would place global tracking devices on sex-offenders even after they finished parole. The bill was approved a year ago, but there is now concern from the government that it would be too expensive and complicated to implement. The law does not specify which government agency would pay for the costly process. The six term Democratic congressman from Ohio, known for his opposition to the war in Iraq, is making his second bid at a Presidential nomination. Congressman Kucinich proposes ending America's participation in NAFTA and the WTO and rejoining the Kyoto Accord. He supports establishing a living wage, providing a Universal single-payer health care system, and free public college. Larry talks with the Democratic Presidential candidate about these issues and more, including his Congressional resolution to Impeach Vice President Cheney.
