n honor of the Thanksgiving holiday, we take a look at the extraordinary lives of ordinary people committed to humanizing our society. The morning broadcast features stories of a garden project as a rehabilitation tool for prison inmates, the tale of a modern day abolitionist, parents fighting to moderate social influences on their children, and a camp for young activists.

The evening broadcast focuses on a Bronx resident and his quest to end violence as well as the story of an emergency room physician turned pastoral minister and his resolve to help heal troubled youth in the inner city.
