The first black man elected U.S. president is poised to name Washington lawyer Eric Holder as the nation's first black attorney general. Holder is a former Deputy Attorney General under President Clinton, and was a co-chair of President-Elect Obama's campaign. He also headed Obama's Vice Presidential search committee.
