Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is set to reverse some of the budget cuts that he had proposed in transportation and education due to some unanticipated money that has come into California coffers. Larry Mantle discusses this reverse in spending cuts and how the money will be used with H.D. Palmer, Deputy Director of External Affairs for the California State Department of Finance, John Laird, Democratic State Assemblyman representing the 27th district, and Jack Scott, Democratic State Senator representing the 21st district.
