This month is the tenth anniversary of the three strikes law. The controversial law puts people who commit three felonies away for twenty-five years to life. Erwin Chemerinsky, Professor of Public Interest Law, Legal Ethics and Political Science at the University of California School of Law, and Charles Hobson, an attorney for the Criminal Justice Legal Foundation, a non-profit, public interest law organization in Sacramento, join host Larry Mantle to discuss the pros and cons of Three Strikes.
