The Pledge of Allegiance Unconstitutional

The Ninth US Circuit Court of Appeals ruled 2-1 Wednesday that the Pledge of Allegiance is an unconstitutional endorsement of religion because it includes the words "under God.” The ruling means that schools cannot force children to recite the pledge. Larry Mantle lets listeners weigh in on the ruling.
