Earlier this week the Los Angeles Catholic Archdiocese reached a settlement with more than 500 alleged victims of sex abuse by agreeing to pay them $660 million. But questions remain. How will the Church come up with the money and what about the possibility that the Church could face criminal charges? Larry talks with Tod Tamberg, spokesman for the Archdiocese, about the next step.

According to California prison officials up to 21-hundred newly paroled sex offenders are living illegally near schools and parks. The Department of Corrections will give the parolees 45 days to find new homes. Larry and John McGinness, Sacramento County Sheriff, Lt. Tom Sirkel of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, and California State Assemblywoman Sharon Runner of the 36th district discuss moving the sex offenders and the conflicts it raises in communities throughout the state.
