Today, the Bush Administration is expected to file a "friend of the court" brief with the Supreme Court, arguing that the University of Michigan's race-based admissions policy is unconstitutional. Larry Mantle talks with legal experts Eugene Volokh, Professor of Law at UCLA, and Kimberle Crenshaw, Professor of Law at UCLA and Columbia Law School, about the President's move, and about how the Supreme Court is likely to rule on the two affirmative action cases it's scheduled to hear this Spring.
