Governor Schwarzenegger revealed his budget on Friday with cuts proposed for education, social services. health care, cities and counties. Former Republican White House strategist, and economic and political commentator, Kevin Phillips joins Host Larry Mantle to discuss his new book, AMERICAN DYNASTY: Aristocracy, Fortune and the Politics of Deceit in the House of Bush. Phillips writes about four generations of Bushes who have risen to power since WWI. He concludes that the Bush family is not a down-home cowboy-boot-wearing family from Texas, but rather a transplanted Wall Street powerhouse that uses any means to gain power.
