Governor Schwarzenegger has released his budget for the next fiscal year, which includes large spending increases in transportation and education, and cuts in some welfare and health programs. The $125.6 billion dollar budget is 7% larger than last year’s. Larry Mantle talks with California Department of Finance spokesman H.D. Palmer and Jean Ross of the California Budget Project.
