Larry speaks with Ken Bernstein from the LA Conservancy; Gene Buchanan, owner of the Raymond Theater; Gina Zamparelli, founder of Friends of the Raymond; Steve Needleman, property owner of the Raymond Theater; and, Richard Odle, from the Fullerton Historic Theater Foundation.
