Larry Mantle and animation expert Charles Solomon talk with John Canemaker about his new book, Walt Disney's Nine Old Men (Hyperion), about the legendary group of artists who comprised Disney's early animation department. Without their talents, it's doubtful the Disney studio as we know today could ever have existed.

Canemaker will speak at the L.A. County Museum of Art on Saturday, February 2nd at 5 p.m. as part of the Disney at 100 Series. For more information call 323-857-6522.
