LA Animal Services Director Fired

Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa fired the city’s Animal Services director Guerdon Stuckey last week and replaced him with a no-kill advocate, Ed Boks. Some 150 Animal Services Department employees subsequently sent a letter to the Mayor accusing him of rewarding the animal rights “terrorists” who have campaigned against him.
