Patt Morrison discusses the bills impact on the nail business and the State’s ability to regulate practices in nail salons. Guests include State Assemblyman Leland Yee, Nails Magazine publisher Cyndy Drummy and Gina Zari, Chief of Staff for Assemblywoman Mimi Walter.
