Is Inception real?: in your dreams!

The Chris Nolan film, Inception, continues to clean up at the box office. Perhaps, in part, because it hits on an age old fantasy…what if we really could control dreams? Well, some psychologists say we already have that ability—at least for our own dreams. Harvard researchers are working on techniques for controlling dreams in ways that help us access creative, problem solving centers in our brains that are not readily available to the conscious mind. How do you prefer your dreams, sweet or sassy?

Guest:

Deirdre Barrett, clinical psychologist at Harvard Medical School and a dream specialist
