The Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach recently announced plans to drastically reduce emissions from ships, trucks and trains in the next 5 years. The plan would make the Southland ports the cleanest in the world, and Southland smog could be dramatically reduced. Can this really be accomplished? AirTalk Host Larry Mantle travels to the Port of L.A. to moderate a special panel discussion on the San Pedro Bay Clean Action Plan.
