Study on Attitudes Regarding Race in Los Angeles
To mark the tenth anniversary of the Los Angeles riots and disturbances, the Center for the Study of Los Angeles at Loyola Marymount University polled 1,549 city residents about their opinions and perceptions regarding life in Los Angeles, including inter-ethnic relations, economic well-being police-community relations, and a variety of topics affecting local politics and governance. The LMU researcher who authored the study, Mara Marks, and the Center Director, Fernando Guerra, join Larry to discuss the results of this latest survey of Angelenos' attitudes about themselves and life in LA.
