More and more lawsuits are being filed by Christians alleging that policies mandating tolerance of gays and lesbians are a violation of their 1st amendment right to free speech and free exercise of religion. Larry Mantle talks about this difficult but high-stakes legal issue with Jenny Pizer of the Lambda Legal Defense Fund and John Eastman of Chapman University School of Law.
