About the Show

Over 11 years and 570 episodes, John Rabe and Team Off-Ramp scoured SoCal for the people, places, and ideas whose stories needed to be told, and the show became a love-letter to Los Angeles. Now, John is sharing selections from the Off-Ramp vault to help you explore this imperfect paradise.

D is for Dog, Dark, and Daring
"D is for Dog" is a dark combination of stage acting, video, and puppetry that might leave you a little shaken, if you care about the nature and future of man ... and his best friend. Off-Ramp host John Rabe talks with director Sean Cawelti, actor Nina Silver, and puppeteer Ben Messmer. (The play was written by Katie Polebaum with Rogue Artists Ensemble.)

UPDATE: "D is for Dog" returns starting June 8th as part of Hollywood Fringe, at the Hudson Mainstage Theater, 6539 Santa Monica Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90038. Check the links below for more info.
