Villanueva set for tense meeting with civilian oversight panel

L-A County Sheriff Alex Villanueva is expected to face tough questioning Tuesday at a meeting of the civilian panel that keeps an eye on his department, after it sent him a letter last week claiming he had "turned back the clock on reforms."
