What caused LA County's June election error that left tens of thousands off voter rosters?
Back in June, an error left over 118,000 names off of Los Angeles County voter rosters during the statewide primary election. A new report out Wednesday points to the cause of the printing glitch that caused chaos at some polling locations.
An investigation by IBM Security Services hired by the county has identified a software problem as the root of the printing error.
