CA lawmakers propose second year of free community college tuition
Lawmakers are pushing a bill that would waive the second year of tuition for all first-year, full-time community college students in California. But that's far from solving most students' college financial challenges. It takes most students a lot longer than two years to finish community college and living costs often lead students to drop out.
