Pasadena Tenant Organizers Trying to Get Rent Control Measure on 2020 Ballot
Tenant organizers are trying, once more, to get rent control on the ballot in Pasadena.
Organizers in Pasadena tried and failed to collect enough signatures to place a rent control measure on the ballot last year. They’re betting local voters who've seen large rent increases will favor it in November 2020.
