Mural Festival Brings New Look to South L.A. High School
Shepard Fairey, Faith XLVII, Axel Void, and 1010 are among the artists who are creating new works at the campus of Dr. Maya Angelou Community High School
For the past week, artists have been working to give a new look to the campus of Dr. Maya Angelou Community High School in South LA. Over two dozen of them have come from around the world - and from down the street - for a mural festival.
Shepard Fairey, Faith XLVII, Axel Void, and 1010 are among more than two dozen local and international artists who are creating new works at the campus.
