LAX Travelers Frustrated By Wait Times At New Rideshare Pickup Zone
The days of curbside pickup for Uber, Lyft and taxi passengers at LAX are over. Starting Tuesday morning, travelers have to take a shuttle to a new passenger pickup lot to get a ride.
Though some rideshare drivers said the move had eased traffic when dropping passengers off at the airport, travelers waiting 40 minutes or longer for their rides were not happy with the new system.
