This story aired on Monday, March 4, 2019.

The L.A. County Board of Supervisors considers on Tuesday whether to pay $4.6 million to the family of a homeless man who was unarmed when he was killed by sheriff's deputies. The payment would settle lawsuits filed by the man's mother and four children.
