The L.A. County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday will consider paying $7 million to the family of Donta Taylor, who was killed by sheriff's deputies in Compton three years ago. The deputies claimed Taylor had brandished a gun before they chased him on foot and shot him, but no weapon was ever found.

This story aired on June 17.
