Here's what one parent of a disabled LAUSD student says about the potential strike
LAUSD serves about 60,000 special education students and some parents of these students are worried about what will happen to their care if teachers strike.
Rosa Andresen is a single parent living in South Gate. She cares for her disabled 20-year-old daughter, Amanda Andresen, while also working a part-time job. Amanda is non-verbal, wears a diaper and needs help walking - which means she needs constant care.
