Evacuations are the new norm for those in burn scar areas
With heavy rains comes the frequent evacuations in fire burn areas.
The La Tuna fire tore through the Burbank Hills in 2017 and left a massive burn scar that leaves the area susceptible to flooding.
More than a year later, residents below that burn zone on Country Club Drive have settled into a new routine.
