Beverly Hills considers a ban on tobacco sales
A proposal moving through the Beverly Hills City Council could make it the first city in the country to ban the sale of tobacco products — including e-cigarettes.
Beverly Hills already restricts buying menthol cigarettes and flavored tobacco. But this new proposal would ban all tobacco products — even rolling papers — from places like grocery stores, gas stations and eventually hotels.
