Anna Gordy Gaye, former wife of Marvin Gaye, has died
Anna Gordy Gaye was the sister of Motown founder Berry Gordy and former wife of the late singer-songwriter Marvin Gaye. She died early Friday morning surrounded by family.

Anna Gordy Gaye, sister of Motown founder Berry Gordy and former wife of the late singer-songwriter Marvin Gaye, died early Friday, according to an official family statement sent by publicist Keren Poznansky. She was 92.
Gaye was surrounded by her son Marvin Gaye III and other family members, according to the statement.
The family requested privacy and noted that details of about any funeral or memorial service arrangements would be announced soon.
