6 injured after horse runs loose at Los Angeles Equestrian Center
A horse ran loose on a back trail at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center Saturday, NBC4 reports, leaving three adults and three minors with minor injuries, according to the Burbank Police Department.
The horse got loose and struck both other horses and riders before being contained, said Burbank Police Sgt. Darin Ryburn, NBC4 reports.
The Los Angeles Police Department assisted after the horse ran loose at 11:50 a.m., according to Burbank PD on Twitter.
The six injured were taken to Providence St. Joseph Medical Center and the Los Angeles County Medical Center, according to the Burbank PD's Twitter feed. The Department revised down an earlier injury number of seven.
