Sprinkles' snack food revolution starts today, when their highly-touted 24-hour-access "automat" goes into service Tuesday morning. "Starting today at 10am, customers will be able to purchase freshly baked cupcakes from 24-Hour Sprinkles!" a Sprinkles rep tells us.

A few more details are circulating about Chef Gordon Ramsay's upcoming eatery at The Grove. Called The Fat Cow, the European-inspired pub will offer a "relaxed, rustic neighborhood dining environment," and "authentic, quality, fresh cuisine utilizing ingredients from all local farms and purveyors," notes a press release about the venture.

"If at first you don't succeed" seems to be the mantra of UK chef and TV personality Gordon Ramsay, who will be opening a pub soon at The Grove. Eater LA says they have confirmation the "Hell's Kitchen" and "Kitchen Nightmares" main man will be opening up in place of The Farm, which is set to close at the end of March.

It's the revenge of the raisins here in California. Our agriculture-friendly state takes their food products seriously, which is why the California Raisin Advisory Board (yes, the fine folks who brought us the singing, dancing, Motown-ing California Raisins of the 80s) has launched a "smear" campaign to bring down Craisins, those manufactured sweetened cranberries.
