Getting to and through college is a challenge in the best of circumstances — add in taking care of your family and the obstacles can feel insurmountable. In this live virtual event, KPCC/LAist Higher Education Reporter Julia Barajas (she/her), along with guest experts, will share strategies and practical resources to help these students succeed. We’ll also get to hear first-hand from caregiver students about the triumphs and tribulations of tackling college while taking care of family.
