PST ART draws to a close with Open House, a free, day-to-night exploration of art and science presented by Getty. Join us on Saturday, March 1 for a program of conversations, performances, and hands-on activities inspired by the diverse themes addressed in more than 70 exhibitions presented across Southern California as part of PST ART’s third edition, Art & Science Collide.
Highlights include the taping of a new game show pilot from Radiolab, a Pop-Up Art Book Fair from Printed Matter, visions of alien life from the Berggruen Institute, artists and scientists in conversation, music and performances from AfroRithm Futures Group, Massima Bell, and Julianna Barwick—plus a late-night “Hydrofeminism Lounge."
LaSorted's Pizza, Kogi BBQ, and a coffee bar by Noun Coffee will be on-site throughout the event, with a beer and wine bar opening in the evening as the festival transitions from day to night.
Admission to PST ART Open House is FREE with RSVP. Please note some experiences are 21+.
Guests are encouraged to get involved with LA Ayuda, a new artist-led mutual aid effort responding to the recent LA wildfires. The group, which counts several PST ART artists among its organizers, will share opportunities at the Ebell.
LAist is the media sponsor for PST ART Open House.
