The discovery of hundreds of invasive fruit flies has triggered an agricultural quarantine in San Bernardino and Riverside counties. And the Tustin hangar fire is expected to be fully extinguished soon, but an animal shelter close to the hangar is looking for volunteers to foster dogs who've been mostly stuck in kennels since the fire started.
