Luis Serrano is a 28-year-old undocumented immigrant who came to the U.S. from Mexico when he was eight years old, He also works with the advocacy group California Immigrant Youth Justice Alliance.
Luis joins us on the program to discuss President Obama's State of the Union address, specifically on immigration.
