Activists have been rallying in support of Edward Snowden outside the American Consulate in Hong Kong, but support for the former NSA contractor is by no means universal.
National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden left transit zone of a Moscow airport and entered Russia after authorities granted him temporary asylum, his lawyer said Thursday.
Edward Snowden said Wednesday he's not hiding from justice. Snowden, fired Tuesday by the NSA contractor for whom he worked, Booz Allen Hamilton, talked to The Guardian newspaper about how American surveillance systems work and why he decided to reveal that information to the public.
