But is it really art? And how did it get there?

Those are some of the questions at the center of Doug Pray's new documentary, “Levitated Mass: The Story of Michael Heizer’s Monolithic Sculpture.”

The film about Heizer’s massive rock opens Friday at the Nuart Theater. John Horn, the host of Southern California Public Radio's new arts and entertainment show and podcast "The Frame," recently met with the filmmaker and joins Take Two to discuss Pray’s documentary.
