Despite the California legislature bringing back dental coverage for adults on Medi-Cal, some procedures are still not covered, leaving poor residents with few choices.

The L.A. Sports Arena hosts the Care Harbor L.A. medical clinic, which provides free dental, vision and preventative care to patients without health insurance.

Five years ago, the state legislature cut dental coverage for adults on Medi-Cal.

Earlier this year, it brought it back.

But it left some procedures uncovered, and that's left some poor Californians with fewer choices about their teeth.
