Grassroots project working to get more Angelenos on bikes

Los Angeles has been trying to get people out of their cars...

And while getting Angelenos onto light rail lines or buses is one thing, getting them onto a bicycle is another. 

For starters, you have to overcome fears of getting hit. 

Now, a grassroots project called Bike Trains is working to counter that concern.

It's all about safety in numbers. Reporter Alex Schmidt has more.
